I am a woman obsessed.
I caught up with True Blood, and...it just doesn't hold me as it did. I think it's best for marathons, but when I take longer to watch it, I get more annoyed with Sookie's Mary Sueness. Anyway, another crossover piece, hah. I didn't realize there were so many fandoms where couples can't touch. This seems like an overrepresented problem, given actual number of couples in real life who can't touch. ANYWHO. This...only makes sense to people who are fans of both Pushing Daisies and Legend of the Seeker (am I the only one?  ). So clarification: If Ned (far right) touches Chuck (far left), she'll die (again). So they touch via gloves, plastic wrap, and apparently consummate somehow via contraptions (mentioned so briefly in one episode!). This is of course very interesting to Richard and Kahlan, even if their haptic-phobic friends talk funny and are more saturated. |
