Ah what to say about this. Nothing interesting, sorry. This is a modge podge of inspiration.
--Overall composition is inspired by character specs images from pretty much any artist. --Pose is taken from The Little Mermaid (this is when Ariel is modeling her sail-dress that Scuttle wrapped around her and she's all "Look, I'm hawt"). Head looks off, but I dunno, it's sorta how the reference looks? --Hair, mini-crown, sleeves, skirt based off of pictures ofChen Qiao En (but the face doesn't look like her and I didn't really try that hard to make it look like her). --Boots inspired by someone from 7 Flowers, I can't remember who. --Ribbon-y things around her waist are taken from Sailor Moon's Sailor Starlights (is that what they were called? I can't remember. They were the girls who disguised as guys in a band). --Skirt-wrap-whatever taken from Yuna's FFX-2 gunner outfit. --Ribbons in hair inspired by Padme Amidala's hair in Star Wars Ep 2, I think. Mmyeah. And as for why her top is satin-y and her skirt is denim-y, I dunno. I got lazy. I almost was inspired to write an interesting description, i.e. write an excerpt of a backstory, but then I got embarrassed because I thought people might actually read it. So sorry. |
