My fated hero, CippowI stood in awe a tower far
watching hopefully from the window.
Awaiting a figure on white horseback;
my fated hero,
Cippow.

There I waited for years on end
singing songs of hopeful fantasy.
I, the maiden locked away
not to be seen by common eyes
or mortals passing by.

In a mere tower
somewhat like waiting for one's death.
Shalt my hero come to save me
rescue me from the clutches of evil
that day, shall I wait till?

One day, he arrived
a small figure from afar arriving
glowing bright, the sun at his back.
My fated hero,
Cippow.

Slaying the dragon did he,
his sword gleaming with crimsom blood.
Swinging forward and fighting

Uhh, I have nooo clue if this is the right category.

Anyway, this is for

's contest (see here: [link]). I got really inspired by =Oborochann's tutorials on how to make little charms that I went out to buy some Sculpey, even though I am recently impoverished. I didn't know what to make first, but I was looking at *cippow25's contest journal and I thought, why not?

So I made tiny Sheena and Cippow (half-cow/half-hippo friend/character belonging to Sheena). I based it on this picture [link] that I thought was absolutely adorable, and tried to recreate in the middle picture (and I thought the background was rather clever, if I do say so myself). I put a real ribbon in Sheena's hair, though I did paint one in, too, but since I don't have much ribbon, it's cream instead of grey like in the picture.

Anyway...I think the photos are pretty self-explanatory--though I'm really sad because the paint was chipping, and I returned the gloss I bought because of my impoverished state, and mod podge would make it all streaky.

I wanted to get a picture of them by the pool (so I could have a "Friends get sun cancer together" image??? D: ), but then I didn't want all the people living in my apartment to be like "Crazy person taking pictures of tiny sculptures by the pool!" and run away, and then it's been raining like crazy.

Okay, too much description! Back to angsting about life!
