Haha, aw. I've got an unfinished sculpture sitting on my desk because I have no idea how to make sculpey hair. I have two blank canvases. I have watercolor paper. Maybe one day I'll do something with it.

Of course it's your choice, do whatever you feel like doing^^ -but I know that realism helps a lot and can lead to even better non-realistic pictures, haha!^^

That's an interesting perspective--I was interpreting the response for realism as saying that my more stylized pictures weren't that great. But thanks for your input! :)

Oh! I hope I didn't sound like I thought your stylized pictures weren't good, that wasn't my intention at all!!>_<;; I actually like them, I only seldom comment on themm haha^^;;
It's rather from my own experience, for example -when you KNOW how proportions on a human body work, it's easier to stylize them!^^ And I noticed that I was having a general easier time doing "simpler" drawings after a really realistic one, so I just thought it makes very good practice! :D
